Privacy Policy

• Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and authentication details. If you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information (such as your email and name) from Google.
• Links and content. The links you create, their destination URLs, titles, descriptions, images, and any tracking identifiers (such as Google or Meta pixel IDs) you choose to add.
• Billing information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor (Stripe) collects and processes your payment details. We do not store your full card number; we receive limited billing information such as your subscription status and the last four digits of your card.
• Redirect and analytics data.When someone taps one of your links, we process technical information about that request — including IP address, approximate location (country), device type, operating system, browser, and referrer — to perform the redirect, generate aggregate analytics, and prevent abuse. We store this primarily as aggregate counts rather than individual visitor profiles.
• Usage and log data. Standard server logs and product-usage information that help us operate, secure, and improve the Service.

• To provide, maintain, and operate the Service, including resolving your links and showing you analytics.
• To process payments, manage subscriptions, and send service-related and billing communications.
• To secure the Service, detect and prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms.
• To respond to your requests and provide customer support.
• To understand usage and improve our features, and to communicate important updates.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with providers that help us run the Service, under agreements that require them to protect it:

• Google / Firebase— authentication, database, and hosting infrastructure.
• Stripe— payment processing and subscription management.
• Our link infrastructure provider— the engine that hosts and resolves your links and records the aggregate analytics described above.
• Hosting and email providers— to serve the application and send transactional emails (such as verification, password reset, and billing notices).

We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of MyRedLink, our users, or the public.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. On our marketing site we may also use analytics and advertising tools (for example, to measure the effectiveness of our ads). You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling necessary cookies may prevent the Service from working.

We keep your account information and content for as long as your account is active. Aggregate analytics may be retained to provide historical reporting. When you delete your account, we delete your profile and your links and cancel any active subscription; some information may be retained where required for legal, accounting, or security purposes, or in backups for a limited period.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can:

• update your profile from your account settings;
• delete your account — and the associated profile and links — from the settings page; and
• contact us at privacy@myredlink.com to exercise any other rights.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. Sensitive credentials (such as our internal API keys) are held server-side and are never exposed to your browser. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We and our providers may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal information internationally, we take steps to ensure it receives an appropriate level of protection consistent with applicable law.

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
