Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 June 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and MyRedLink (“MyRedLink”, “we”, “us”) and govern your access to and use of the MyRedLink website at myredlink.com, the application at app.myredlink.com, and the related link, redirect and analytics services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
MyRedLinklets you create short links that redirect people who tap them inside Reddit's in-app browser out to their device's default browser, and provides analytics on those redirects. We may add, change or remove features at any time. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms, and “you” refers to that organisation.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. Notify us promptly at support@myredlink.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions, billing and trials
- Plans & payment. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly unless stated otherwise) through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us and Stripe to charge your payment method for the applicable fees and taxes.
- Free trials. Where a free trial is offered, your subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- Renewals. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partial periods, downgrades, or unused features.
- Price & plan changes. We may change our prices or plan limits. We will give reasonable notice of any price increase, which takes effect at your next renewal.
- Failed payments.If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend or downgrade your account — which can pause your links — until payment succeeds.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create, host, or redirect to content or activity that:
- is illegal, or promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
- infringes anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
- distributes malware, phishing, deceptive, or fraudulent material, or attempts to harvest credentials or payment information;
- contains sexual content involving minors, non-consensual content, or any content that is otherwise abusive, harassing, or harmful;
- violates the terms, policies, or rules of Reddit or any other platform on which you share your links;
- attempts to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
You are solely responsible for the destinations you link to and the way you promote your links. Adult content is permitted only where it is legal, clearly age-restricted, and compliant with the rules of the platforms you post on. We may remove links, suspend features, or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe breach this section, with or without notice.
6. Your content and links
You retain ownership of the URLs, metadata, and other content you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, and serve Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this licence and that Your Content does not violate these Terms.
7. Third-party services and destinations
The Service relies on third parties (including Reddit, Stripe, and Google/Firebase) and links to destinations you choose. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services or the content of any destination you link to. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by MyRedLinkand protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our branding except as needed to use the Service normally. “Reddit” and related marks belong to their respective owners; MyRedLink is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Service to you is no longer commercially viable. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and your links may stop resolving. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular link will resolve on every device, browser, or platform.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyRedLink will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three (3) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyRedLink from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, for example by email or an in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
